Job Title: IP Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Join the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at the law firm.
- Handle intellectual property litigation cases with a focus on Federal Circuit matters.
- Contribute to the growth and support of the national practice through ambition, drive, and teamwork.
- Navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
- Engage in thorough research, writing, and communication tasks related to litigation.
- Collaborate with team members across various offices to ensure cohesive litigation strategies.
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients in intellectual property matters.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice is required.
- A high level of academic achievement is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Experience with the Federal Circuit is considered a plus.
- Solid experience in a law firm or clerking is necessary.
- Superb research, writing, and communication skills are required.
Salary Information:
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $230,000 to $310,000, depending on experience.
- A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
