Job Title: IP Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Associate will be part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at the law firm. The associate will be responsible for handling various intellectual property litigation matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in intellectual property litigation with a focus on cases that may involve complex subject matter.
- Providing high-quality legal research, writing, and communication to support litigation efforts.
- Collaborating with team members to grow and support the national practice.
- Navigating complex legal issues effectively and efficiently.
- Participating in Federal Circuit cases, which is considered an advantage.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in the IP Litigation Associate position must meet the following education and experience requirements:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
- At least 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Experience in Federal Circuit cases is a plus.
- A record of high academic achievement.
- Solid experience in a law firm or clerking environment.
Salary Information:
The compensation for the IP Litigation Associate role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience. The salary range is between $230,000 to $310,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. The role also includes eligibility for the following firm benefits:

Additional Information:
