We are looking for candidates with appreciable experience in litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience. Exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery, including computer forensics and e-discovery issues
- Provide top-notch legal services to clients in the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and other departments within the law firm
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Florida bar
