Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Utilizing knowledge of complex litigation to assist attorneys with trial preparation, continual review and management of case files, preparation of initial discovery, . interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions and preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, factual chronologies, medical chronologies, agreements, depositions and/or trial binders for use by attorneys.
Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and product liability litigation, E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court, strong communication and client service skills, working knowledge of Relativity, internet software, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Pacer, Sanction, and TrialPad.
