Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service by updating clients on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and maintain thorough documentation in the case management system.
- Manage the retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
- Maintain physical custody of the file, ensuring it is organized and updated appropriately.
- Provide professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.
- Handle files in the pre-litigation status and assist with covering for others during vacations or leaves of absence.
- This role does not handle litigation after a suit is filed on a case.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or similar experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Lawbase Case Management software, and Worldox is necessary.

Salary Information:
- The salary for this position is between and per hour.
