Job Title:
- Marketing and Business Development Manager
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development at a law firm or other professional services firm
- Proven experience in responding to proposals and RFPs
Salary:
- Expected annualized base salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
- Actual pay may vary based on experience and other job-related factors
- Full-time employees are eligible for additional benefits including discretionary bonus, health insurance, 401K, and more

Responsibilities:
- Strategically promote firm's marketing goals in the DC market
- Develop relationships with attorneys to understand market, office initiatives, and key clients
- Strategize with shareholders on responses to RFPs and proposals
- Identify media opportunities and prepare data for nominations
- Handle directory submissions
- Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials and client communications
- Recommend and support office sponsorships and event attendance
- Plan and organize client events and evaluate ROI
- Work with firmwide marketing for client-facing and internal materials
- Prepare welcome materials for new attorneys and integrate them into the firm
- Coordinate information flow from attorneys to marketing professionals
- Develop and support business plans aligned with firm's strategic goals
- Have knowledge of Washington, . market and key organizations
- Assist with short and long-term projects and attorney requests
