- Gathering necessary documents for demands and merging them into a Demand Packet PDF.
- Closing files by mailing final pay letters to all medical providers and lien holders.
- Mailing proceeds and DCD checks in settlement cases.
- Scanning documents into the case management system.
- Checking mail through Docufree.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates on their matters when required.
- Saving all sent and received faxes with appropriate titles.
- Mailing government letters via certified mail.
- Assisting case managers and attorneys with organizing client files in Litify.
