Summary:
**Members Only** is searching for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their Mass Torts Practice Group. This role will focus on defending manufacturers in consumer protection litigation and offers the option for remote work, part-time hours, or flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of experience in litigation, preferably in a mid or large-sized law firm. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motions practice, in state and federal courts and arbitration.
- Prepare and draft written discovery responses and document production.
- Organize and redact documents efficiently.
- Manage eDiscovery and document dispositions.
- Analyze and synthesize materials for case evaluations.
- Prepare witness files and materials for depositions.
- Conduct financial analyses and damages calculations.
- Produce reports and summaries for legal teams and clients.
- Manage calendar for high-volume litigation practice.
- Work effectively in a team and across different offices.
- Handle special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid or large-sized law firm or high-volume practice.
- Strong knowledge of written discovery and discovery process and procedures.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with database management, web-based portal systems, and SharePoint preferred.
