- Seeking experienced Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney for national law firm in New York Metro Area
- Must have experience with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6) and contractual indemnification issues
- Strong deposition experience in labor law cases required
- Will manage own cases with guidance from Team Leaders
- Must be able to report to clients and carriers, appear in Court, and handle discovery, depositions, and motions
- General knowledge of premises liability cases preferred

Responsibilities:
- Handle construction litigation cases involving Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6) and contractual indemnification issues
- Conduct depositions and appear in Court for conferences and motions
- Communicate with clients and carriers
- Manage own cases with guidance from Team Leaders
- Coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions
- Comply with discovery requests
- General working knowledge of negligence cases preferred
Requirements:
- New York Bar admission required, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania Bars a plus
