Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant - Corporate
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and management of attorney's projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other internal departments, handling inquiries and relaying messages accurately.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships to ensure teams work together efficiently and effectively.
- Delegate assignments to Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) and AskLegalSupport, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with other Legal Executive Assistants (LEAs) or Legal Administrative Assistants (LAAs) to complete complex projects or provide administrative support for attorneys.
- Provide feedback for the professional development of LSAs who assist the attorney’s team.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations on behalf of the attorney.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of electronic and paper filing systems within the firm’s Document Management Systems (DMS)/repositories.
- Conduct research on behalf of the attorney and practice group, compiling information for case preparation and executive briefings.
- Oversee meeting planning, coordinate with internal and external parties, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure materials are accurately prepared and available.
- Oversee billing matters, ensuring prebills are processed accurately and timely.
- Manage the attorney’s calendar, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and organize complex travel itineraries.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years in an administrative role within a corporate or legal environment providing support to upper-level leadership.

- Proficiency in virtual firm collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
Salary Information:
- The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is - per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
- Compensation will also depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
- The position is non-exempt and will be paid on an hourly basis, with overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws.
