We are looking for a motivated and skilled attorney with 1-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on commercial litigation. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases in both the ad valorem tax litigation and real property litigation areas
- Produce outstanding work product for clients
- Develop strong client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on commercial litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional advocacy skills
- Business acumen and potential for client development
