Position Overview:
The **Members Only** Law Firm is seeking an exceptional Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate and commercial litigation, as well as experience dealing with individuals and proven courtroom experience. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including real estate and commercial disputes

Requirements:

Active admission to the Florida Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation in Florida
Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases

Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
