Responsibilities:

Develop and drive strategy for regulatory and compliance legal issues within the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and communicate complex legal requirements.
Train and educate client business teams and leaders on legal issues related to healthcare regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic guidance on navigating complex legal issues related to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on healthcare regulations and compliance.
Admitted to the NJ Bar; NY Bar admission is a plus.
Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, specifically the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare policy, and corporate practice doctrines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Demonstrated commercial and business acumen with a track record of delivering creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
