Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions
- Drafting legal documents including, but not limited to, bill of particulars and other pleadings, discovery motions, and appellate briefs
- Managing the in-take of contract requests and conducting client interviews related to contracts
- Performing legal research
- Managing and settling disputes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Apprising partners of material developments and matters on a timely basis
- Exercising sound business and legal judgment
- Demonstrating leadership skills in the support of a collaborative team environment

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 1 year litigation experience
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
- Strong legal writing skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound judgment and ability to have full ownership over cases

Salary Information:
- Compensation: $105,000-$125,000
