Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Indianapolis, Indiana

We are seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal to join our Indianapolis office and support our team of attorneys and Fortune 500 clients. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule and no travel required. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and investigate facts to assist attorneys in state and federal court cases and administrative matters.
- Summarize complex legal documents for attorneys and clients.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- E-file pleadings with courts.
- Prepare correspondence, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- Assist with document collection, review, and production.
- Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate with witnesses and experts.
- Coordinate with docketing team for scheduling.
- Record billable time accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage major projects or cases with multiple paralegals.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in labor/employment litigation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven and strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw, document management systems, and billing systems.
