Venture Fund Paralegal The candidate will perform duties supporting activities related to funding formation and organization of funds. Maintain fund formation checklists, track investor responses, file Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund (s), and management company, distribute closing documents to limited partners and prepare closing volumes. Must have a BS/BA degree; prior experience in the Venture Fund practice area; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; good judgment, initiative, and flexibility.
