Salary Information:
- Annual salary ranges for this position, depending on location, are estimated to be between $275,000-$350,000.
- Additional contingent compensation may be available, based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Provide solutions for navigating patent laws and judicial decisions, helping clients extract value from their intellectual property and protect their assets.
- Work closely with clients to remove obstacles and stay ahead of changing patent laws.
- Take the lead on interesting and career-enhancing cases, while also collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Prepare complicated cases for trial, from initiation to appeal.
Job Requirements:
- 4-8 years of patent litigation experience, with a strong background in drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery requests, and conducting depositions.
- Experience with patent specific fact and expert discovery, inter partes reviews, and overall litigation strategy.
- USPTO admission and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
