Legal Secretary The candidate will work directly with attorney, clients, witnesses, victims, police officers, prosecutors, Judges, and Judicial Assistants. Will draft simple pleadings such as Discovery Demands, Continuances, Motions in Limine and trial motions. Will use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, do digital document templates and online filing, telephone work setting hearings, depositions and workouts with Probation Officers. The preferred candidate must speak Spanish. Portugese is a big plus as I have some clients from Brazil. Must know local 11th, 15th and 17th Circuit Judicial Assistants, and how to file electronically (Florida eFile and Federal PACER). Modify template documents in Word and store them in CLIO (the case management program) and in cloud storage document and template storage in GoogleDrive and DropBox. Write three blogs per week with my help, and post them on my blog. Will add content to my webpage and work directly with search engine optimization, will post on my law office FaceBook page and LinkedIn weekly. Spanish required.
