- Participate in pro bono projects to understand the firm's commitment to community service.
- Take part in legal skills workshops to refine legal writing and drafting skills, covering essential attorney skills such as contract drafting, negotiation, legal and research memoranda, bluebooking, and marketing writing skills.
- Receive evaluations and feedback on assignments from assigning attorneys, including a mid-summer evaluation and a final evaluation that mirrors the associate evaluation process.
- Engage in ongoing dialogue about writing skills with an assigned writing advisor, typically a partner at the firm, who will evaluate written work product.
