Job Title: 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate at the law firm will engage in a variety of substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters. The Summer Associate will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects with different lawyers across various practice areas. Responsibilities will include observing and assisting in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations. The Summer Associate will also participate in client meetings and closings to gain a realistic view of practicing law. Mentoring from partners and associates will be provided, and there will be opportunities to network at various social events. The program includes interactive training workshops, such as M&A and deposition skills, and writing skills training. Associates are expected to exemplify strong communication skills, achievement drive, interpersonal savvy, client service excellence, and the ability to be collaborative team members.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be rising second-year law students who will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. Preferred candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, superior writing skills, and membership in Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court. The law firm is looking for students who are committed to working for a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm on complex legal matters across practices and offices.
Salary Information:
The salary wage for this position is $4,327 per week.
