- Full-time, in-office position as an attorney in the legal department of **Members Only**
- Work with a team of experienced professionals in a positive and goal-oriented environment
- Draft and negotiate various legal documents, perform due diligence, and advise executives on legal risks
- Research legal issues and assist with pre-litigation work and ongoing litigation management
- Train employees on legal and compliance matters and perform corporate audits
- Strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and communication skills required
- Must have a Juris Doctorate and 5+ years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney
- Previous experience in homebuilding, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus
