Trust and Estate Planning Legal Secretary The candidate should have 7+ years of PQE. Will provide comprehensive administrative support to a very busy trust and estate practice. Must have exceptional legal secretary skills and will be required to interact with clients, attorneys, staff and outside vendors. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is required. Candidates must also have the ability to prepare and execute electronic and paper court filings, set up CourtCall appearances, serve documents, and perform other court-related tasks as assigned. Experience drafting ancillary estate planning documents and recording deeds is preferred. This position requires demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, document management and time entry. Exceptional organizational, file management and proofreading skills are a must. The ability to maintain client confidentiality and the ability to communicate in a professional manner are mandatory for this position. Notary certificate desired. Candidates with paralegal skills/certificates are also encouraged to apply, as there is the potential for overflow billable hours/work from the department's paralegal.
