Paralegal or Legal Assistant The candidate will organize documents, files, and schedules. Monitor tasks and deadlines of two attorneys and two paralegals, and assist with prioritizing and completing tasks. Communicate professionally with clients, prospective clients, vendors, and attorneys' offices. Solve problems, be a resource, and provide support at each stage, from intake to file closing. Monitor client responses and independently organize follow-up reminders. Answer phones, handle filing, and perform general office duties. An Associate degree is preferred. Law firm experience is a plus.
