Paralegal Duties: The candidate should have knowledge and hands-on experience in "Civil Litigation" in State and Federal courts, including motion practice, filing of legal pleadings online, and trial preparation. Support Attorney by maintaining files and drafting documents, including drafting motions, ex parte applications, and demand letters. Assist in litigation matters including drafting discovery responses and locating and retrieving responsive documents. Team player with the ability to supervise and delegate to other support staff.

Qualifications: The candidate should have 3 years of "Civil Litigation" experience; 1 year of "Civil Litigation Trial" experience; good working knowledge of Personal Injury. Should be proficient in Adobe, Word, Legal Software, and types at least 40 wpm. Must be highly organized, handle pressure well, and able to work under deadlines with possible extended hours occasionally. Self-sufficient and can work with minimum supervision; excellent grammar and communication skills.
