Trust Administration Paralegal The candidate will handle all phases of the Trust Administration process including, but not limited to, meeting and working with clients, creating asset tables, liquidating assets, and preparing all paperwork necessary to settle a trust. Secure documentation from clients including trust documents, deeds, and bank statements. Draft deeds, property transfer affidavits, and PRE Rescissions. Direct communication with clients and financial institutions. Collaborate with attorneys on administration challenges. Previous experience as a Probate or Trust Paralegal is preferred.
