Job Title: Law Firm Intake Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet the law firm's criteria to ensure that lawyers’ schedules are organized and the caseload is effectively managed.
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to confirm whether the case falls within the scope of the law firm while ensuring the caller feels heard and understood.
- Conduct various administrative tasks around the office, such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes to ensure all processes run smoothly.
- Collect paperwork and enter data into the case management system to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and organized management of case files.
- Work with the marketing department to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms to help bring in new cases.
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner, upholding the law firm's standards of client interaction.

Education and Experience Information:
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.
- Strong computer and data entry skills are required.

Salary Information:
- Compensation for this position ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.
