Job Title: Real Estate & Family Law Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:

Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage closing documents including HUDs/CDs, settlement statements, deeds, and title commitments.
- Coordinate closings and maintain communication with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers.
- Order and review title exams, municipal lien certificates, and payoffs.
- Manage post-closing matters and handle file disbursements.

Family Law Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file pleadings, financial statements, discovery documents, and court filings.
- Organize and maintain case files and correspondence.
- Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation, client communication, and deadline tracking.
- Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant paralegal experience in both Real Estate and Family Law.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, e-filing, registry of deeds platforms, and Clio is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A team player with excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $100,000 annually.
