H2: Overview of the Role and Responsibilities

The nation's largest law firm focused exclusively on health care organizations, Hall Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, ., is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their hiring efforts for lateral attorneys, Summer Associates, and administrative team members. This role will report to the Director of Recruiting and will collaborate with various stakeholders to execute the firm's talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with firm leadership and HR to support the talent acquisition strategy
- Advertise job openings on various platforms to attract top candidates
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and on-campus recruiting
- Prepare recruiting reports and track metrics
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule and provide on-site assistance for interviews
- Assist with the Summer Associate program
- Manage travel arrangements for candidates and attorneys
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contribute to the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Order promotional materials to enhance brand visibility
- Track recruiting expenditures
- Other duties as assigned by firm leadership

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks across multiple teams and offices
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
