- Background in economics or finance is helpful but not required

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex antitrust cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and work closely with clients
