Paralegal/Real Estate The candidate should preferably have an Associate's degree as an experienced paralegal in commercial real estate transactions and closings. Must have 2 years of relevant and Microsoft Office experience; strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to multi-task, well organized and must be able to complete tasks with limited supervisions. Experience with SoftPro closing software is a plus. Must be able to pass a credit/background check.
