Job Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental matters for a broad range of corporate and financing transactions, including those in the energy sector.
- Oversee environmental due diligence processes.
- Draft and negotiate environmental provisions for transaction and financing agreements.
- Draft environmental disclosure provisions for SEC filings.
- Conduct research and analysis on cutting-edge environmental and energy law topics.
- Provide environmental compliance and restructuring counseling.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in environmental and energy law, corporate transactions, and environmental regulatory compliance.
- Extensive experience with federal and state environmental statutes is required.
- A deep understanding of the energy industry and regulatory schemes is necessary.
- Strong grasp of the transaction process is essential.
- Strong academic qualifications and a law school transcript are required.

Salary Information:
