Eviction/Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in managing high-volume and fast-moving caseloads of real estate litigation with a focus on timeliness, efficiency and obtaining the best possible and most cost-effective outcome for clients. Draft pleadings and documents including complaints, answers, service documents, motions and discovery requests and responses. E-File and serve court pleadings and other documents and maintain electronic archives of all case records. Communicate with clients frequently concerning status of cases. Interact with unrepresented parties, outside counsel, court clerks and staff, the firm's vendors, real estate agents, private investigators and other stakeholders. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate or other types of civil litigation.
