Part-time Paralegal The candidate will e-file and Pacer file (Federal) pleadings. Will call and schedule Zoom video hearings for State and Federal courts. Some legal work setting depositions and supervising investigator. Must be able to work alone with: Apple (Mac) Computers (No Microsoft computers); MyCase and/or CLIO law office remote management/task and billings; CM/ECF for federal courts in New York (SDNY and EDNY) and SDFla; Dropbox (my pleadings, notices and documents are stored in Dropbox); E-filing in Florida State Court; LawPay; PACER; Quickbooks Online. Spanish speaking is required. 6+ years of experience is required.
