Job Title: K&I Premium Services Program Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the K&I Premium Services Program Specialist at the law firm's Knowledge & Innovation department is to ensure the successful execution of client programs and various team projects. This role involves providing administrative assistance, managing data and tasks, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet program objectives effectively. The Program Specialist will be responsible for:

- Serving as a point of contact for program clients, offering assistance, updates, and addressing inquiries to foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction with program services.
- Providing administrative and operational support for client programs and various team projects, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely task completion.
- Assisting in managing program and project-related data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and gaining proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Participating in identifying opportunities to enhance program and project processes and efficiencies, offering ideas and suggestions to streamline operations for improved productivity and client satisfaction.
- Receiving and providing training and guidance to develop a clear understanding of program and project goals, processes, and client expectations, while actively seeking learning opportunities to enhance relevant skills and capabilities.
- Assisting in monitoring program and project deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and service level agreements, and contributing to implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including shareholders, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to coordinate day-to-day program activities and team projects, while communicating professionally and effectively to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
- Maintaining all necessary day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks for program operations and efficiencies, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing issues to maintain smooth program execution and optimize outcomes.

Education and Experience Information:
- A four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in professional services, preferably within a law firm, is necessary.
- Experience with internal stakeholders and cross-department collaboration is important.
- The candidate should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of technology and digital products is required.
- Analytical experience in understanding user metrics for decision-making and process improvements is necessary.
- The ability to exercise good business judgment and make well-reasoned independent decisions is important.
- The candidate should be highly accountable, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- A problem-solving mentality, experience using internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through are essential.
- The ability to manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines and remain calm under pressure is necessary.
- Familiarity with project management techniques as well as completing and interpreting project-related documentation is required.

Salary Information:
In accordance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this position in Illinois is between $62,000 and $93,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
