Job Responsibilities:

The primary duties include calendaring and document management, which encompasses the review, creation, and organization of legal documents. The paralegal is also tasked with compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. This role is hybrid, requiring four in-office days and one remote day each week.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the General Liability Paralegal position must possess either a bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal Certificate. The requirement for a certificate may vary based on region, state, or client requirements. Additionally, applicants should have at least five years of experience in litigation work. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, is necessary. Strong organizational skills, along with written and verbal communication abilities, are essential.
