Job Title: Antitrust Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The Antitrust Litigation Associate will be part of the Antitrust and Competition practice at the law firm. The responsibilities include:
- Engaging in antitrust litigation which may involve private actions, class actions, or government actions.
- Participating in merger clearance, cartel investigations, and compliance counseling.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Boston, Los Angeles, or Washington, DC offices to provide high-quality legal services.
- Contributing to a collaborative work environment with strong analytical and writing skills.
- Advising clients on antitrust and competition law issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Education and Experience Information:
- degree is required.
- The candidate must be licensed to practice law and be a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based.
- The position requires three to four years of post-JD experience, excluding judicial clerkships, in antitrust litigation.
