Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling office and video interviews, conducting background checks on potential candidates, and creating and collecting offer letters
- Coordinate training via the Learning Management System
- Perform onboarding, orientation, and update records of new employees
- Produce and submit reports on various HR activities as needed
- Support other assigned HR functions
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in HR is required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and practices
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without guidance
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and related business and communication tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in English; bilingual ability is a plus
- Exposure to payroll practices is preferred
