Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate's responsibilities include: drafting correspondence; scheduling; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; communicating with attorneys, mediators, and court clerks; calendaring deadlines, assisting with discovery and pleadings. Clio case management software experience is a plus. High-Volume Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience Preferred. Spanish Fluency Preferred. Ability to multi-task; Detail orientated, highly organized, and motivated; Type 60+ Words per minute required. 1 year of Plaintiff-side personal injury legal experience required.
