Job Title: Associate Attorney - Wage & Hour Class Action

Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney in the Employment Class Action Department at the law firm, the primary responsibilities include:

- Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents essential for litigation.
- Developing strategies to litigate wage and hour matters effectively in both state and federal courts.
- Taking responsibility as part of a litigation team representing clients during depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
- Enhancing persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills through mentorship by more senior attorneys.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- The candidate should possess superior analytical and legal research skills.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to persuade and advocate effectively.
- The ability to exercise common sense in complex situations is required.
- The candidate should be adaptable and possess meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this position is based on experience and is between $140,000 and $275,000, along with performance-based incentives.
