Job Title: Billing Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Billing Specialist at the law firm is tasked with managing a high volume of billing operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing new files according to client requests and guidelines.

- A minimum of 2 years of high volume billing or law firm experience is required, with 2 to 3 years of legal billing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in legal time and billing software such as Prolaw, Elite, or eBilling Hub is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
