Job Title: Legal Assistant / Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily interactions with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, doctors, and medical office staff to facilitate case management and client relations.
- Request and gather necessary medical and billing records to support case documentation and proceedings.
- Draft and review demand letters to effectively communicate case positions and negotiate settlements.
- Manage and oversee case files, perform administrative duties, and ensure that important deadlines are calendared and met.
- Conduct thorough research and analyze cases to provide comprehensive support to attorneys.
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure ongoing communication and case progression.
- Meet monthly with supervisors to discuss the status of all managed cases and strategize on case management.
- Assist attorneys with preparing case files for litigation, ensuring all necessary documents and information are compiled.
- Electronically fax case documents to relevant parties to maintain efficient communication and documentation.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Attend to additional paralegal or legal assistant duties as assigned, contributing to team efforts and case success.

Salary Information:
