Job Title: Philanthropic Solutions Area Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Philanthropic Solutions Area Manager at Company is tasked with leading a team of professionals who specialize in addressing the unique administrative, investment, and risk-mitigation needs of the nonprofit community and charitable products. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Utilizing a high level of expertise to lead a team of specialists in the Philanthropic Solutions vertical.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for all of Wealth Management, partnering across the footprint for key initiatives.
- Acting as a leader in the community and networking with prospective clients.
- Actively marketing business solutions both internally and externally, which encompasses administrative, fiduciary, and investment management services.
- Engaging in new business development strategies and ensuring the retention of existing client relationships with a focus on prudent revenue growth.
- Assigning accounts and ensuring relationships are managed according to policies and procedures to meet satisfactory audits and service standards.
- Acting as a resource to answer questions, review documents, and negotiate fees.
- Developing and coaching team members in all relationship development and client experience efforts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with bank partners and other centers of influence.
- Potentially managing account relationships.
- Recruiting, hiring, developing, coaching, and managing the team to ensure the best team is built through proper staffing levels and diligent succession planning.
- Ensuring prudent risk management strategies are in place and business practices comply with internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is also incentive eligible.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of Trust experience, preferably in Philanthropic Solutions. Preferences for this role include:
- A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD).
- Professional designations and/or certifications.
- Previous Investment Management or Philanthropic Solutions experience.
- Management experience.
- Charitable Trust experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Candidates for the Philanthropic Solutions Area Manager position should possess the following skills and competencies:

- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally.

- Subject matter expertise in Philanthropic Solutions.
Salary Information:
Compensation for the Philanthropic Solutions Area Manager is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job role. The target salary range based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position is as follows:
- Minimum: $140, USD
- Median: $182, USD
The role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, with the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals. There is also an opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
