Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to written discovery
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Monitor discovery deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, mediation, and expert retention
- Request and manage record retrieval
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
- Experience with drafting responses to written discovery
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Salary Information:
- Base salary range: $45,000 - $70,000 per year (Employer provided)
- Additional compensation includes an annual bonus
