Paralegal - Personal Injury and Litigation The candidate will obtain and review of medical records (medical background a plus ). Will draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents. Communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and experts. Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other discovery materials. Trial preparation, including electronic presentations and assisting with depositions. Assist attorneys at trial with electronic presentations, coordinating witnesses and managing trial exhibits. Manage electronic databases and attorney calendars. Assist with document productions. Internet research. Electronic filings. Perform other related duties as required by management.

The candidate should have 2+ years of Litigation Experience (Personal injury, Family Law). Must have Large case management and trial experience. Paralegal certificate and/or college degree is required. Must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests. Superior computer skills, using Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of Needle Case Management & PCLaw software helpful.
