This position offers the opportunity to work for a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, work well in a team-oriented environment, and have the flexibility to work overtime occasionally.
Key responsibilities for this role include generating and distributing monthly proformas and demand to billing lawyers, processing edits and changes, preparing draft bills for approval, and collaborating with billing lawyers and staff to prepare final client bills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, at least two years of Elite billing experience, and exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This position offers a competitive salary based on location, ranging from $59, to $107,. In addition, eligible employees will receive an annual discretionary bonus and have access to various benefit plans, including a 401(k) plan, insurance plans, and employee assistance programs.
