Job Title: Technical Advisor/Patent Agent

Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Technical Advisor/Patent Agent involves providing patent preparation and prosecution services to some of the world’s leading technology innovators. This includes understanding complex technological innovations, preparing detailed patent documents, and navigating the patent prosecution process to secure intellectual property rights for clients. The position requires working closely with research and development projects and technology market leaders from around the globe, ensuring that their innovations are adequately protected under intellectual property laws.

Education and Experience Information:
Potential candidates for the Technical Advisor/Patent Agent position should possess a Master of Science (.) or Doctor of Philosophy (.) degree, preferably in fields such as electrical engineering, telecommunications, semiconductor technology, or computer science and engineering. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. While prior experience in patent prosecution is beneficial for Technical Specialists, it is not a mandatory requirement.
