Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the wealth planning process with clients from beginning to end, including onboarding and review for trustee appointments and managed agency services.
- Develop comprehensive planning strategies that incorporate Bank of America's capabilities and resources in collaboration with clients' advisors.
- Expand and acquire high or ultra-high net worth clients for Merrill advisors through wealth planning.
- Demonstrate expertise in various wealth planning topics such as estate planning, tax planning, investments, retirement planning, and philanthropic planning.
- Stay updated on trust, estate, and financial planning developments, as well as tax legislation, to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with Merrill market leaders to engage ultra-high net worth clients and address their planning, philanthropy, and wealth transfer needs.

Desired Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of Wealth Strategy implementation, including property law, estate and gift taxes, incapacity planning, probate, charitable giving, fiduciary duties, accounting, taxes, retirement planning, and fiduciary investing and administration.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences, including clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, and internal partners.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to achieve client goals while adhering to Bank policy and risk profile.
- Strong influence skills and active listening and discovery abilities.
- Professional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence decision making.
- Team player with collaborative skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal direction.

- Author whitepapers, articles, and other material on topics relevant to the U/HNW client segment.
- Assist with retaining U/HNW relationships.
