Job Title: Lead Client Advisor, Global Large Law Firms

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a comprehensive firm-wide transformation project for a customer in the Global Large Law sector, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of both organizations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans encompassing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster trust and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular meetings and progress updates with stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including detailed reports, presentations, and documentation, aligned with project objectives and tailored to customer needs.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success, implementing proactive solutions to address challenges.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices within the customer's organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.
- Monitor and measure the program impact, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; a Master’s Degree or JD is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting, or similar fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in the legal industry or as part of a consulting company.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans and risk management strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality deliverables, such as detailed reports and presentations, tailored to client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Proficiency in driving change management initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive project execution.

Salary Information:
- For eligible US locations, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
- This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
- Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors, including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is part of a comprehensive Total Reward program, which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
