Litigation Paralegal The candidate organizes case materials and files to meet needs of each case; assembles files, medical records, pleadings, transcripts and document summaries into comprehensive format using Excel and database software; prepares summaries, chronologies of events and statistical reports using case materials. Conducts research and analysis; locates and interviews witnesses; examines public records, websites and databases and summarizes findings. Assists in all phases of discovery; assists in preparation of interrogatories & requests for admissions. Assists in preparation of notices to produce documents. Conducts legal research. Prepares and organizes exhibits and organize trial/arbitration/mediation binders. Prepares correspondence as needed and performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree, certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program, and 5+ years paralegal experience with 3+ years Product liability litigation experience is preferred.
