Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation cases and defense litigation
- Educate clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides
- Advise attorneys on best practices and strategies for successful case resolution
- Conduct conditional payment searches and prepare Medicare submissions for set aside approval
- Draft Medicare language for settlement documents
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in workers' compensation and/or Medicare compliance
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, adjusters, and attorneys
